During her years in a city job, Elena has been trying and training in different disciplines, searching endlessly for something so elusive, to offset the stress and inertia of the 9-5. Discovering yoga was a beautiful surprise, for the irresistible sense of goodness and balance worked magic. This led to Elena taking a deeper interest in the science and tradition of yoga and becoming passionate to share what she has learned. Elena teaches light-hearted, fluid and anatomically-intelligent vinyasa classes and more mellow passive yin.
