Lotte is a senior yoga & meditation teacher based in West London where she teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga .
She trained in India, Bali and Mexico accumulating over 750hrs Yoga Alliance + 100hrs Meditation.
Her classes are dynamic and mindful, encapsulating her interest in positive energy flow, multistyle asana and creative sequencing. She is passionate about helping students find physical and spiritual alignment.
In the winter Lottie can be found in her spiritual home in Goa, where she teaches on teacher training courses.
